About Us

PreparetoCamp is our most exciting online adventure with Jacob Edwards, LLC. 

Jacob Edwards started this website while studying web design as a hobby during college.  (History and Mathematics got a little boring at times.)  When living in Texas, camping trips were every November over Thanksgiving week--the only time you did not suffer from extreme heat and humidity in Houston and Huntsville.  From there, moving out to Utah for school opened up a world of cool weather camping in the mountains.  My next camping trip will be a hike through Bryce Canyon in Southern Utah.  I am currently working on a blog where we can all share stories of great camping places--whether you like to rough it out in the wild or the more refined "fake" camping of showers and restrooms on campgrounds.
